We offer authentic products that combine the flavors of Kyoto cuisine and French cuisine cuisine at reasonable prices. For the upcoming season, we recommend a course where you can enjoy Kyoto's summer tradition, ``Kamogawa Noryo Yuko.'' One of our favorites is the ``Shimizu Course,'' where you can enjoy colorful appetizers and exquisite dishes. This is a 6-course plan where you can choose between meat and fish as your main dish. Please enjoy to your heart's content the gorgeous course meals made with plenty of Kyoto ingredients that will please all five senses.

The ``Grilled Beef Fillet'', which you can choose as the main dish of the ``Shimizu Course'', is a tender masterpiece that is grilled at the perfect time. Incorporating French cuisine elements, enjoy it with our sweet homemade sauce, which is a combination of teriyaki sauce and red wine. In addition, the main fish, ``Poiled red sea bream'', is made with particular attention to color and doneness. The creamy beurre blanc sauce made with white wine and butter is a perfect match.
