コースで予約して来店しました。コースの最初から最後まで、どの品もとても綺麗なお皿に、お洒落に盛り付けられておりました。カウンターの目の前の鉄板で調理してくれるので、調理前の素材がとても見事な手さばきで料理されていくところを見る事が出来ます。おかげで料理を待っている間も楽しむことが出来ました。
味も勿論最高で、どの料理もとても美味しく味付けされておりました。普段あまり食べない海鮮類なども、こんなに美味しかったんだ、と感動しました。メインだけでなく、最後のしめに出てきたガーリックライスもとても美味しかったです。そのままで食べても美味しく、出汁と一緒に食べるとさらに美味しく優しい味で、正にしめにぴったりでした。
また是非行きたいお店です。
