築約100年の町屋をリノベーションして作られた、

店内は木目調のモダンな造りで、
クラフトビールと和の食材を用いた料理とのペアリングが楽しめるます(๑>◡<๑)

豊潤496Regular（360m）＋ペアリングタパス3種がセット(^O^)
ビールはフルーティーな香りで泡がクリーミー！
しっかりしたボディなのに綺麗な後味ですね。
スプリングバレーは缶で飲んだこと有るけど、やはり樽生だと別格の美味さやわ。
そしてタパス3種ですが、左側からのベアリングがオススメとのこと。
【炙りズワイガニとカニ味噌 白菜のコールスローサラダ】
身と味噌の風味も良く、白菜の甘味と食感が良いね。
【燻製鴨と西京味噌マヨネーズ】
スモークされた鴨の旨味と、甘めの西京味噌マヨネーズが合ってる！
【湯葉とゴルゴンゾーラ、焼きナスとセミドライトマトのブルスケッタ】
トーストされたバゲットに焼きナス、湯葉、チーズ、蜂蜜の風味とトマトの酸味が爽やかな一品ですね。

01）Kyoto2017
小麦麦芽と京都産コシヒカリを使用したビール。
クセをそんなに感じないタイプなので、料理に合わせやすそうですね。
02）京都 YOSANO IPA
京都与謝野産のホップを使用し、柑橘の香りが強めでしっかり苦味を感じるビールですした。
個人的にはちょっと苦手やけどね！笑
03）フルーツシリーズ八朔
広島県因島産はっさくを使用してます。
爽やかな香りとはっさくの酸味を感じるフルーツビールって感じですね。
☆鯖の燻製とポテトサラダ 650円
荒めにマッシュされたポテトでマヨ感控えめ。
オリーブオイルが掛けられており、上品な味に仕上げられてるね(^^)
鯖の燻製も良いアクセントになってました。
☆桜エビとあおさ海苔のゼッポリーニ カラスミがけ
500円
ゼッポリーニってなに？って思ったから調べると、
南イタリア、ナポリの揚げパンらしい。
衣にイーストを使ってるのでふっくらとしてるんやね(*^ω^*)
あおさ海苔の香りも豊かでビールとの相性抜群です！
追加で豊潤496、オリジナル496も飲み、
これ以上飲んだら帰れなくなりそうなのでこれにて終了！
ちょっと調子乗ってしまったから5000円オーバーしてしもた（；￣ェ￣）
まだまだ食べてみたい料理も多いんやけど、
ちょっと1人では厳しいかな。
世間が落ち着いて5人以上でも行ける日が来たなら、
グループで色々シェアするのがオススメ。
そうそう、ランチも有るので1人でも使えますからね♪
