DrinkCommitment to providing beer
In order for you to enjoy our carefully selected craft beer to the fullest, we change the glass, pouring method, and serving temperature depending on the beer. The ``Sugo Foam'', a special bubble filled with nitrogen gas using an original technology, is surprisingly creamy and is a must-try experience!
SpaceA special space
It is located close to Nishiki Market, which boasts a history of over 400 years as the kitchen of Kyoto, and is a renovated approximately 100-year-old townhouse, creating a tasteful space that combines tradition and innovation. You can also see the brewing equipment that actually produces restaurant limited products.
