烏丸駅から歩いて7分くらいの場所にあるこちらのお店。
醸造所を併設した築約100年の町屋をリノベーションしたブルワリーレストランになります。
平日の夜に予約して訪問。入れ替わりが激しく予約しなくても入れそうな雰囲気でした。

鯖きずしのポテトサラダ~梅肉風味~ 700円
和ブッラータとセミドライトマトのカプレーゼ 1200円
京丹波高原豚バラ肉のとろとろ煮込み 半熟煮卵添え 1100円

まず飲み比べとフードペアリングからスタート。
味を比べるために敢えて泡を入れないそう。はっきりと味の違いが分かり面白かったです。
フードメニューも充実。それぞれどれに合うかメニューにも書いてあり分かりやすい。
味は濃いめのものが多くビールに合う印象でした。
スタッフのサービスもよく楽しく食事が取れるお店。
1人で軽く1杯でも楽しめるので機会があれば再訪したいです。
