Tenmusu Kita is located in a corner of the charming Matsubara Shopping Arcade. The rice is cooked in a hagama pot and Tempura is fried in a thin batter so that the taste of the ingredients can be felt
..., then lightly seasoned with a dashi-based "homemade sauce" made with soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and other ingredients. In addition to the standard dishes, tempura made with seasonal ingredients are also available. In autumn, matsutake mushrooms and autumn salmon will be available, in winter crab, and in spring bamboo shoots. Don't miss the "beef thigh" tempura, which appears irregularly.
