あの南大門が街中に帰って来たと聞いて、子供と訪問しました。インスタで、美味そうな感じは伝わってきたので、訪問前から注文は決まってた。ユッケは、衛生管理がしっかりしてるパック入りも好感もてるし、実際、美味しい。生センマイも、勿論イイね。タンは種類豊富で、子供がタン好きなので、全種類頼んだ。全部いいけど、上タンの厚みがもう少しあると、食感楽しめるな。焼きしゃぶと長〜〜いハラミは絶品やった。子供に任せず、一枚一枚、心込めて真剣にやいた！こんないいにくは、真剣に向き合わんとあかん(^^)丁寧に焼くと、上質肉の旨味がしっかりでる。長〜〜いハラミと、赤てっちゃん、キムチをサンチュに巻いて食べたら口福になる。お試しくださいな!、そうそう、シメのホルモン丼が甘タレでおススメです。ご馳走様でした。コスパいいし、再訪確定の店でした。
