京都の烏丸駅から徒歩で5〜10分ほど！
最近コロナの影響で人が少ないですよね。
普段は人がたくさん歩いてそうなところですが
人が少ない路地をあるいてゆくと團斗さんが
出てきます。
落ち着いた京都らしい料亭ですね。
いい雰囲気のお店構えです。
席はカウンターが10席ちょっとほどで
2階には団体さんも入れるスペースがあるようです。
厨房には料理人さん3人ほど
カウンターに気を配りながら料理を出してくれます。

●感想
贅沢なコース料理をいただきました。
雰囲気ももちろんですが料理なクオリティも
かなり高くて満足しましたね！
まずはお味噌の食べ比べ。
本田みそ 米麹味噌(京都)、大島みそ 麦味噌(山口)、
畑名みそ 米味噌(徳島)の3つを焼き野菜につけて
食べていき、最後には好みの味噌を出汁に混ぜて
味噌汁にして飲むという楽しさもある前菜！
そしてそのお好みの味噌を4品目の味噌漬けで
使ってくれるのです！楽しみが増えますよね。
私は本田みそを選びましたw
お造りはマグロ、カイワリ、メジナと珍しいお魚も頂きました。
ぶりの照り焼きも脂が乗っていて
めちゃめちゃうまかったですね！
大根には白味噌がよくしゅんでいて◎！
春キャベルのすり流しは予想外の形で登場して
驚きましたが味は抜群！
キャベツが擦り下ろされていてクリーミー◎
メインの若鶏の治部煮も柔らかくジューシー！
デザートは味噌が隠し味で最初から最後まで
味噌を堪能できたコースでした！
大満足しましたよ！！
