新春の家族での外食はお肉メニューの食べ比べ、特に熟成Tボーンステーキを食べるのが目的。大人4人は前菜付きのランチセットで京都肉、フィレミニヨンと熟成Tボーンステーキ。子供（孫）2人はプチメニューでバーガーとボロネーゼ。
京都肉もアメリカン風に調理され柔らかく上品だが肉の味が薄いように感じた。
フィレミニヨンはウエットの熟成で以前にも食べたが柔らかさと味のバランスがやっぱり良い。
そして熟成Tボーン、音を立てて運ばれて来たが焼き加減が絶妙で外側のカリカリ感が良い。サーロインの肉は意外なほどしっとり。熟成することで肉質が繊細になるのか⁈反対側のフィレとの違いが余りないようにも...。
コスパも含めトータルでは熟成のフィレミニヨンのPRIX FIXメニュー（前菜なしでサラダとスープ）が個人的にはベストかな。
あと、ベンジャミンバーガーはなかなかの迫力！分厚いパテは切り落としのミンチだろうが脂が混ざって重量感がある。味的にはボロネーゼのソースやベンジャミンスープと共通。普通のランチならコレで充分、食べ応えある。
全員お腹いっぱいでご馳走様。グラスワイン（赤、2種）も美味かった。
