After the self-restraint period ended, we finally went to Zakkoya Group's Sumi! For appetizers, we had scallops, golden-eyed scallops, and swordfish. It seems that you can eat it raw or grill it over charcoal. It's good raw, but it has a different flavor and is delicious when cooked a little.
