以前から気になっていた西木屋町通りにある
お米と一緒に蒸すタイプではない、鯛を漬けでいただくタイプの宇和島鯛めし。
やはり大将と女将さんは宇和島出身とのこと。
松山にもお店を出されていてお二人は京都に。
コースで宇和島鯛めしをいただきました。流石にここは京都。しっかり手間をかけて作られた料理の数々。堪能したコースの中で、衝撃が走ったのは
鯛を漬けていただくお醤油。
そもそも四国の出汁醤油が大好物でしたが、大将に「これは市販されてます？」とお聞きしたら、それをベースにしてますが、ひと工夫してます、とのこと。流石、京都です。
