Saori's signature dish, ``Kinshi Mont Blanc,'' is a special dish made by weaving Japanese chestnuts that are spun into 1mm thin layers using an original squeezing machine. You can enjoy the rich flavor and mellow texture. Among these, we recommend the ``~Saori~ Saori'' Highest Grade Tamba Chestnut (2,200 yen), which uses the rare Tamba chestnut that has carved its name in history. It is characterized by its large grain size and elegant sweetness with a high aroma. Enjoy our special dishes that are made only after your order is placed.

Hidden inside Kinshi Mont Blanc are genuine fresh cream made from Hokkaido raw milk that preserves the flavor of Japanese chestnuts, as well as smooth chestnut cream, sponge, and meringue. By placing a sponge on top of the meringue that has been baked for a long time using wasanbon and sugar cane, you can enjoy a crispy meringue that doesn't contain any moisture and feels like it's freshly made. Our store is located on Kiyamachi Street, Kyoto. When you pass through the path leading from the entrance to the store and open the door, you will be greeted by a modern Japanese space that retains the good old atmosphere but still has a modern feel. The restaurant has sofa seats where you can enjoy your meal while looking across the Kamogawa River, and counter seats where you can watch the Mont Blanc being carefully made right in front of you. The interior of the restaurant is calm and well-lit, with atriums throughout, making it perfect for a girls' night out or a date. We look forward to your visit.
