料理は既存の枠にはとらわれない、とても創造的な中華です。
今回はペアリングでお願いしましたが、このペアリングが素晴らしい。ワインだけでなく、日本酒や紹興酒など料理に合わせて素晴らしいお酒を出してくれます。
