ダークな空間はまさにイノベーティブフュージョンの象徴ともいうべきスタイリッシュなスタイル！
鉄の門を入り、店内に向かうと期待感が高まります。メインダイニングへ到着すると、
今度はゴージャスな空間が広がり、高揚感は抜群です！
お料理はメリハリのきいたわかりやすいもの。ミシュラン二つ星ですが、普段レストランに行かない方も、
味わいの付け方がしっかり明確で重ねていくものなので、楽しく美味しくお食事できると思います。
中華料理なので、上湯はしっかりつかわれていますし、
紹興酒や豆板醤などのアクセントもあり、かなり攻めています。
面白かったのは韮の茶碗蒸しに豚ミンチやソース、そして揚げた餃子の皮を乗せ、
さらに韮のかき氷を加えたお料理です。
本当に餃子の味になるんですが、その楽しさたるや！是非一度食べてみてほしいと思います。
またアイコンのようになっている最中ですが、黒いボックスを開けると花が散りばめられた中に最中があります。
フォアグラとコンフィチュールの最中なのですが、フォアグラには紹興酒の味も加わっています。
またこの季節限定なのか、フカヒレは鱧と一緒に土瓶蒸しのようになっていて、
鱧松という和食の代表的なメニューを土瓶の中に閉じ込めています。
中華料理のイノベーティブはいくつか食べていますが、今まで食べた中でもかなり分かりやすい料理の数々。
フレンチがベースとなっていますが、時々和食のエッセンスを加えたりしていて楽しいです。
町中華も楽しい京都ですが、イノベーティブな中華料理も一度体験するといいかも！
私はディナーをいただきましたが、ランチはとても8470円とリーズナブルとあって大人気。
ランチから予約が埋まって行きます。
イノベーティブ中華料理に慣れていない方は、まずはランチから体験するのも良いかもしれませんね。
