四条河原町のGOOD NATURE STATION２階にある中華のお店です。中華の概念を覆されると聞き、連れて行ってもらいました。ミシュラン掲載店。
これが酢豚なの？餃子なの？と楽しませて下さる演出が面白いです。土瓶蒸しが出てきた時は、和食!?と思いましたが、そこはスープが中華になっており、全てのお料理に趣向が凝らされていて楽しませて頂きました。
食べログの口コミで、量が多いので食べきれない方もいるとあったので、事前に量を減らして頂くようにお伝えしたところ、コース終盤のお料理の量を減らしてもらえました（値段は変わりません）。おかげで、いずれのお料理も感激しながら美味しく頂けました。
