アミューズ。揚げた餃子をタルト仕立てに仕上げ、中にはカボチャ、上にはからすみとキャビア。正直、キャビアやカラスミは感じられず…ホクホクなカボチャ味。

豚肉を竹炭を練り込んだ生地で包み、下にはまっすぐ酸味の効いた、甘酸っぱいソース。豚肉がジューシーで甘酸っぱさが癖になる。

ヤマト芋の揚げ点心。ヤマト芋、ラード、豚ミンチ、里芋のピューレ。単調な印象でしたが、これはわざと？

茸と鶏のスープ、茶碗蒸し、ワンタン。鶏の旨味がしっかり効いていて優しいスープ

ポルチーニ茸と冬瓜のワンタンはかなり大振り。ポルチーニの旨味、冬瓜のシャキシャキ食感が良かった。

餃子。ジューシー過ぎる豚ひき肉、キャベツの旨味や揚げた餃子の皮の香ばしさ。 そして何より、ニラのかき氷が良かった！

カツオのたたき、北京ダック仕立て。これぞ、足し算の美味しさ！ 香ばしい焼きナス、カツオの旨味、紹興酒ソースや豆鼓の甘塩っ気、山椒の華やかな香り… 各具材が複雑に絡み合うことで、奥行きある味わいが口の中に広がる。

おこげ、鶏節の上湯スープ、フカヒレ。コリコリ食感のフカヒレに澄んだ旨味の効いた上湯スープ。美味しくないはずがない。

豚ロース肉。しっとりなお肉は咀嚼の度に旨味を感じる。付け合わせの蓮根のはさみ揚げの方が美味しかったかも。

デザートは杏仁豆腐。こんなに凝っている杏仁豆腐は初めて。

杏仁と桂花陳酒の華やかな香り、ミルキーな甘みがある杏仁豆腐、薩摩芋のまろやかな甘み、ココナッツの華やかな風味。 それぞれが優しい味わいに調整されているためか、スルスルと美味しく頂くことができました。

小菓子は胡麻団子。揚げたてはやっぱり美味しい！！

簡潔に印象を申し上げると、
・見た目はびっくりしますが、味は非常に分かりやすく、かつ美味しい。
・10,000円ほどのランチコースでもフカヒレや鱧などが出てくる、しかもボリュームもしっかりあるのが驚きでしかない。(味の詳細は写真のコメント欄にて)
・スタッフさんはお優しい方ばかりですが、接客に慣れていない？
・雰囲気は思ったよりカジュアル。
「京都で中華」は少々躊躇しましたが、結果訪問して良かった。
東京ではこんなお店予約困難となりますから、一度は是非お出でになっていただきたい！
