ChefSupervised by Chef Yoji Tokuyoshi, an Italian Cuisine genius who travels around the world.
He served as sous chef at Osteria Francescana, a famous restaurant in Modena, Italy, where he was awarded two stars in 2006 and three stars in 2012. After that, he opened his own Restaurants "Ristorante TOKUYOSHI" in Milan. In December 2015, he became the first Japanese owner-chef to receive a Michelin star. On February 4, 2019, the 8-seat Restaurants "ALTEREGO" opened in a back alley in Jimbocho, Tokyo.

For the dinner menu, you can enjoy a course supervised by chef Yoji Tokuyoshi.
