This evening, it was Hisaku-san. I made a reservation online (it wasn't on the menu, but I thought it was 8,000 yen for 6 dishes). At that time, we informed you that we were unable to provide you with much quantity, so please understand that the quantity for this dish will be smaller than usual. From the menu drinks, I ordered bottled beer and cold tea. Although the space has only 6 seats at the counter, it is spacious and has a cozy atmosphere that never feels cramped. It seems that the shop is currently run by the owner at all times. On this day, there was a couple behind the counter. The food has an impression that everything from appetizers goes well with alcohol. I had a hard time making the kasujiru because I'm not very good with sake lees, but the other dishes were delicious. When I opened the menu, there were 3 or 4 omakase items as well as a la carte menus, so my husband thought it would be better to go for that next time, as we really appreciate kappo restaurants where you can get just what you want rather than a full course meal. When I asked the owner, he said, ``Currently, there is only one person who handles everything from purchase to preparation, and even during business hours, so we order 6 items and then order additional items.'' It seems like it's still a new restaurant, so I guess that can't be helped, but when I think of ``kappo,'' I get the impression that you can eat whatever you like, as much as you like, and cook it the way you like. I felt like I would like to visit again. The PR from the store states that they will accept consultations for private reservations for 2 people, so it may be a good idea for those who are sensitive to infection control measures due to the influence of the coronavirus. I think this is a restaurant where you can relax and have a good time. Thank you for the meal!
