マグロ盛り合わせ８種、ほほ肉炙りカルパッチョ。
８種についての丁寧な説明はなかった点は残念だが、単品でチャンジャをオーダーするか悩んでいることを伝えたら、８種に入れることもできると言ってくれる融通はありがたき。
メインのまぐろは、美味しんです。もともと水揚げからの時間勝負な魚でないけれど、臭みやびちゃびちゃした感じはなく、まぐろの肉の旨味をたっぷりと味わえるメニュー。どれも美味しいので、片っ端から食べたいというのが正直な感想。
土曜日の18時に訪問、直前に予約しました。
ギリギリ滑り込めた感じがあり、店内は予約で満席。予約した方が無難ですな。
