There was a picture of delicious-looking sashimi on the outside, so I popped in. Inside, the interior was simple and stylish, and we started off with courteous customer service, offering a menu including today's specials. The menu has a wide range of delicious-looking dishes, so you'll be spoiled for choice, so even if you're with someone with different tastes, you'll be able to enjoy the delicious food. At the end of the soup, a very rich tofu came out, and I felt like I was eating it with salt and wasabi. The salt was mellow and didn't have any sharp edges at all, so it was a nice accompaniment on its own.As for the dish, I first thought about sashimi, but one of the recommended dishes was carpaccio, so I decided to order it. As you can see in the photo, there are many fish in Yujiro's big brandy glasses. I was grateful to the store for offering such a wide variety of food in fresh condition during this short business hours. The seasoning was similar to Japanese-style meal style carpaccio, and the vinegar wasn't too overwhelming, making it a well-balanced and easy dish (^^) It's a truly impactful dish, so I hope you enjoy it. The other dishes we received also had gentle flavors. We had time to talk with the general manager and had a delicious, fun and wonderful lunch. I don't know if he'll get angry at me, but although the owner looked scary, he seemed to like to talk, so I think even if you're alone you can enjoy your meal if you sit at the counter.
