A luxurious assortment of 8 to 10 types of sea bream, flounder, golden eye, etc. that vary depending on the day. We offer a wide variety of simmered fish that are perfect for pairing with sake, such as simmered sea bream, flounder, and kinme. In addition, there are always about 6 types of Kyoto-style obanzai that make use of seasonal ingredients. Also try the fluffy oden and fluffy soup stock, which is only available in winter.
