京都の路地奥で王道ローストビーフと拘りの日替わりを楽しめる Roji-oku 。
烏丸駅、四条駅から徒歩5分の便利なロケーション。
外観は通り沿いに看板が出ていて店名の文字通り本当に路地奥にある店舗。
建物の中の奥までずっと進んでいくと店の入口が。
内観は明るい木の色と綺麗でおしゃれな50席の空間が広がる。
Roji-okuの名物は京都丹波の平井牛を使ったローストビーフ。
また週に何度来ても飽きないようにと毎日内容が変わる日替わりメニューも大人気。
この日もほぼ満席だったので事前予約がおすすめ。
■平井牛黒毛和牛A-5ローストビーフ 200g
低温でじっくり火入れされたローストビーフは柔らかく平井牛のイチボの肉の味もしっかり。分厚めのカットで噛み応えもあり旨みを楽しめる。
スパイスも6種用意されていて味変出来るので飽きも来ない。
■和牛ローストビーフカツレツ
レアな火入れで見た目も美しいカツレツはソースも肉の旨みエキスがしっかり感じられて美味しい。
■豚ロースのロジオクオムレツ デミグラスカレーソース
卵に纏まれ見た目の美しいオムレツは厚切りカットの豚ロースも肉の味わいと脂を楽しめる。デミカレーソースが美味しくご飯を頂いて食べるのもおすすめ。
■牛タンと和牛すじのボロネーゼ
タンの食感とすじの旨みも楽しめるボロネーゼは上からチーズも削りコク旨で美味しかった。
