Our roast beef, made with Kyotanba Hirai Beef A-5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef from Ginkakuji Onishi, who thoroughly pursues safety and security according to the world's highest HACCP specifications, is our specialty! After marinating for 5 hours with seasonal fruits and vegetables, carefully cooking at a low temperature of 60℃ for 12 hours, and then aging at an ice temperature of 0℃ for another 12 hours, the tenderness of Kuroge Wagyu beef is preserved. It has a moist finish without sacrificing texture. Served as a single piece of 100g of meat.
