The super early-blooming ``Kawazu-zakura'' along the Yodo Channel in Fushimi Ward, and the approximately 300 ``Kawazu-zakura'' planted along the waterway are at their best in mid-March. Since it was in full bloom, I went to see it. I was moved by the gorgeous sight. Lunch was at Roji-oku, a hidden Restaurants in Shijo Karasuma. As the store's name suggests, it's located all the way down an alley from the street. The specialty here is roast beef that resembles Steak. I ordered the Wagyu roast beef set meal (2400 yen). Comes with farm vegetable salad, today's soup, and rice or bread. The rare roast beef is very tender, juicy, sweet and delicious. Weighing 200g, it is thickly cut and has a lot of volume. There are three types of sauce to choose from, and the soy sauce-based sauce went perfectly with it. Wasabi goes well with it, and table spices also help change the taste.
