2024年3月31日(日)の12:45に予約訪問。
こちらは四条駅近くのお洒落なビストロ(？)。
名物のローストビーフランチをいただきに来た。
店内は女性客が70%以上でほぼ満席。
メニュー豊富ながらローストビーフを注文！

▪️注文内容
・和牛ローストビーフ定食 / ¥2,400
ローストビーフ、サラダ、スープ、ご飯の定食。
(ご飯はパンに変更可能)
メインのローストビーフは200gとボリューミー。
元々カット済みだが、一切れがけっこーデカめ。
やや筋があるものの肉質と火入れ加減は絶妙。
ほぼ脂身は無いが柔らかくてとても美味しい。
ソースは3種類から選択可能となる。
今回は「てりやき卵黄ソース」をチョイス。
まろやかな甘口のソースと卵黄のコクが旨い。
途中で刻み山葵を足し合わせたら食欲ブースト。
あっという間にご飯とともに完食です。
▪️総評
久しぶりのちょい贅沢ランチかなと思いきや、
このクオリティーと内容で2,400円なら大満足。
とにかくローストビーフは絶妙な火加減。
綺麗なピンク色で写真映えも凄いね（笑）
店内の雰囲気は良く、接客も丁寧で好印象。
落ち着いてゆっくり食事を楽しめました。
あと夜のメニューで気になるのが幾つかあったな。
今度はディナーで使ってみたいと思います。
