今日は研修5時間が2時間で終わり、
暇を持て余したので
京都四条へじゃらんじゃらん♪
靴を買いに来たが
なかなか28.5サイズの靴で好みのものを
探すのは難しい(^^;;
夕方5時半、悪友オススメの酒と魚 DNAさんへ
開店したてか1オペ
まずはハイボールを
メニューにお椀からと記載されていたので
桜蒸し椀とお造り三種盛りを。
お造りは鯛、よこわ、鯵
山葵は生
よこわがウマス
桜蒸し椀は桜餅に見立てた
遊びココロあるお椀
中には鯛の身に色々入ってました
苦味がアクセントになって美味しい❗️
苦味が何だったうかがったがド忘れ(-｡-;
山菜の天ぷらはお塩で
ここで日本酒伊根満開にスイッチ
このお酒がメチャクチャ美味い❗️
ロゼワインのような風味、
独特なトロミがこんな日本酒初めていただいた驚。
お次は若竹煮、
葉山椒の香りがたまらん
さすがミシュラン出身だけあって
お出汁系は素晴らしく美味い❗️
これだけいただいて
5000円以下とは驚きのコスパ❗️
次回は仲間たちときて
バラエティーに富んだオーダーをしたいなぁ
