We dropped off our bags at the new Rihga Royal hotel in Kyoto and headed out for dinner. It is a highly rated shop in Gault Millau. First, I'll order some sake. Cape Kuzuryu and Akabu. Order Bai Kai as if you were in Kanazawa. In Kanazawa, it's kobako crab, but in Kyoto, it's koppe crab. The Uchiko, miso, and meat are all mixed together. I can't stop drinking the sake in my glass.
