Until I visited this restaurant, I had only eaten hot pot when talking about puffer fish, but my perspective has changed.Fugu is farmed, so it is safe and non-toxic. There are three types of seasoning for grilled puffer fish: sesame oil, olive oil, and soy sauce. I love sesame oil ❤️ What I received this time was: Grilled puffer fish course - Parboiled puffer fish skin - Tessa - Grilled puffer fish (3 types since there were 3 of us) - Yuzu sorbet for dessert - Single item - Sashimi turban shell - Sashimi angel shrimp The manager is also a wonderful old man.
