朝挽き和牛100%ハンバーグ食べ比べランチ Wエッグ1,580円。
厨房にてある程度調理された2種類の卵黄が載っているハンバーグ2個を、テーブル席に用意されたコンロの上に載せて、テーブル席にて店員がやかんに入っている出汁を注いでから、火を掛けて仕上げる。
ハンバーグの大きさは、ご飯の器と合わせているようなので、男性から見ると、物足りなさは否めないかな。
あと、女性向けインスタ映えしそうなランチメニューかな。
