古民家をリノベーションしたヌケ感ある空間で約30種の日本酒と丁寧に仕込まれた一品がいろいろ楽しめる、

の京都2店舗目が五条高倉にオープン(>ω<)
こちらでも、
京町家を改装した割烹チックな雰囲気に加えて、最高級A5ランクの黒毛和牛や産地直送の鮮魚を使用したお刺身、おでんなどの料理が大充実してますよ。
ちなみに、
「三徳六味」とは、
「料理には三徳と六味を備えなさい」
ということを意味し、
・軽くて柔らかい
・清潔である
・作法やしきたりに反しない
の三徳と、
・苦い
・すっぱい
・甘い
・辛い
・塩辛い
・渋い
の六味を、日本酒でオモテナシするという想いが込められているようですね。

■ゲソとリンゴの酢味噌和え
焼かれて香ばしさが増したゲソ、リンゴの甘味、酢味噌の酸味、全てのバランスが最高。ずっと食べとけるなぁ(笑)
■おでん(にゃんぺん、大根、蒟蒻)
三徳六味の白味噌ベースのおでんが大好き。暑さ関係なく絶対におでんはオーダーしちゃいます。
