ChefAnthony Buckle - Chef with experience around the world
Born in the Loire region of France in 1985. After graduating from a culinary school in France, he worked at Michelin-starred Restaurants in Paris, Osaka, and New York. After that, he became executive chef at Voyage in Macau and Benoit Kyoto in Shimizu, Kyoto. He left French cuisine master Alain Ducasse, where he studied for 11 years, and opened "L'aparté" in July 2022. They also specialize in bread and patisserie, and have a reputation for their homemade bread and baked goods.

The counter seats facing the kitchen are special seats with a live atmosphere where the chef himself provides service, while the counter seats in the back are quiet seats with a view of the small garden. The table seating is a very cozy dining-like space with beautiful wooden tables and long sofas. In winter, the fireplace is lit to warmly welcome guests.

Beet pickles soaked in coffee are placed on top of the horsemeat tartare. The faint aroma of coffee spreads throughout your mouth. Kyoto duck's XO sauce is an idea that only Chef Anthony could come up with, making use of his experience in Macau. Handmade from scratch, XO sauce concentrates the flavor of seafood and brings out the flavor of duck. He also surprises his guests with ideas that are unique to Japanese people, such as shiso Ice cream and kelp soup stock made into sweet syrup. Enjoy a beautiful and delicious new experience
