Our crystal pots are made with 99% pure natural crystal, and the purifying action of the crystal breaks down and removes odors and impurities from the ingredients! It has a detox effect. Therefore, no scum comes out of the pot! Furthermore, the heated crystal generates a large amount of "far infrared rays", so unlike an open flame, you can cook ingredients fluffy from the core. This matches shabu shabu style and brings out the flavor of the seaweed.
