Hamburg we offer at our restaurant are made with coarsely ground beef from carefully selected brands of Japanese beef. The method of baking is steam-grilling in a special oven that uses the heat of steam. By mixing wheat gluten instead of breadcrumbs, the flavor of the meat is concentrated and the texture is fluffy. Premium Hamburg contains more than 10 types of spices. The natural taste of Wagyu beef and the aroma of spices make it addictive. Place on a heated ceramic plate and enjoy Okonomiyaki to your liking.

We use Koshihikari rice from Tango, ``Kyo no Mamekko Rice.'' It is a very delicious rice with a chewy texture that conveys the natural flavor of being grown in strong soil. Also goes great with Hamburg! To accompany the rice, try the spicy ``meat miso'' made with a blend of green chili peppers, ground meat, and miso, the spicy ``meat chili oil,'' and the fragrant ``meat furikake'' made with fried onions, garlic chips, and dried shrimp. There are 15 counter seats arranged around the iron plate.
