２次会は昨年の秋にオープンされたばかりの馬肉専門のイタリアンバル。
ここで仕事上がりのメンバーとも合流し、生ビールで乾杯。
店内は多くのお客さんたちで賑わっていました。
メニューの一部はこんな感じで、
飲み放題を利用させていただきました。
最初にいただいたのは「pacaloポテトサラダ」。
こちらは「馬肉の生レバー＆低温調理鶏レバー ソルティーごま油」。
「パカロの瞬間燻製 カマンベール」。
そしてこちらがメインの「馬刺し５種盛り」です。
馬肉なのでクセがなく、食べやすいお肉でした。
あとは「半熟アンチョビ卵」「牛赤身肉の乱切りカットステーキ」
〆の「馬肉ボロネーゼ」だったかな？
久しぶりに会うメンバーで、
美味しく楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
