This is Fried Skewers covered in a light, fluffy and crispy batter.You can eat as many of these small Fried Skewers as you want! There are two types of evening courses for 8,800 yen or 11,000 yen.✨ There were also pairings to match the dishes. ◎14-course selection course 8,800 yen - Cheros with pure rice ginjo sake lees - Bonito Kujo green onion Sakura chips - Ebisu pumpkin・Saury, eggplant, hairtail, carrots, autumn salmon, Saikyo miso, sweet potato, bacon, conger conger, matsutake, sweet sea bream, Kyoto mochi pork, Daikoku shimeji, duck, figs, domestic beef sirloin, truffles, chicken, five-colored hail, ・Dessert.The things that were particularly delicious were the saury and eggplant plums.
