Our signature dish ``Samgyeopsal'' is made with carefully selected ingredients and is exquisite. All the meat we use is ``Kyoto Pork'' and ``Kyotanba Kogen Pork'' from Kyoto. The meat is never frozen and cut into pieces in the store under strict temperature control so that you can enjoy the natural sweetness and flavor of the meat. In addition, we were particular about the taste, size, and firmness of the wrapped vegetable sandwich, and we went through a lot of trial and error with our contracted farmers. Fresh, juicy vegetables such as perilla leaves and pacioleghi bring out the juiciness of the meat.
