京都の地鶏が最高に美味しい♪薪料理もいいねー
京都駅から近く、烏丸通沿いにあるお店です(ちょうどカンラホテルの向かい側)
お店の外側にある薪が目印になります。
この辺りは意外と飲食店が少ないので有難い存在です。
いやー、京都の美山産の地鶏が本当に美味しかった!
もも肉はジューシーで歯ごたえもあり◎
むね肉は、普通の鶏肉と違ってパサパサにならず、弾力と鶏肉の濃い味わいが堪能できます。
他にも食べたいメニューがあったのですが、お腹の都合(はちきれそうになりました)により、

これだけをいただきました。
鶏の焼肉は4種(醤油/味噌/辛味噌/塩だれ)から選べます。
醤油は「ちょっと甘め」で一番好みの味でした。
味噌も「ちょっと甘め」、辛味噌は「しっかり辛い」です。
黒毛和牛の赤身のメニューがあるのも嬉しいですねー
豆もやしのナムルはしっかりとした食感が素晴らしく、今まででいただいた中で一番美味しいナムルだと思います。
薪で焼いた枝豆も面白い!温かくスモーキーな香りが初めての感覚です。
地鶏のたたきも美味しかったなー
薪で焼くから、濃厚な鶏肉の味になるのかなぁ。
ラーメンは、地鶏の骨から出汁をとっているそうで、あっさりとしながら濃厚な味わいでした。
塩キャラメルナッツは、デザートのカテゴリにあったのですが、これはおつまみにもなります!
ほんのりとした甘さと塩分が、止まらなくなる系のお味でした。
ドリンクメニューもしっかりとしていて、ジャパニーズウイスキーも充実していましたよ。
はちきれるほど食べたので、翌日の朝の胃もたれを心配していたのですが、これが大丈夫でした!!
鶏肉がメインだからですかね?
これも嬉しいポイントです。
他にも食べたいメニューがあったので、次にお邪魔するのが楽しみです!

The ``Assorted Bear Meat and Boar Meat'' is said to be wild game from Miyama, Kyoto Prefecture.
