``Red stew'' is made by simmering Wagyu beef tendon for a long time in a sweet and spicy soy sauce base. ``Shiranikomi'' is a Japanese-style chicken stew with hormones. Because it uses sake lees, it has a light yet rich flavor. Root vegetables are the main ingredients in the ``3 types of extreme dashi stew'' made with the golden ratio of chicken, bonito, and kelp soup stock! You can enjoy different toppings depending on the day, such as radish, potatoes, eggs, taro, etc. The hearty ``Donpisha Tonteki'' uses domestic pork cooked at a low temperature. It goes great with homemade chicken stock spicy sauce ◎
