山本本家がプロデュースしているお店

京湯葉あんかけ丼御膳 1490円

神聖酒粕京湯葉鍋御膳 1980円
■注文したもの
神聖酒粕 京湯葉鍋御膳
蔵元の直売所でしか販売されていない「神聖」の酒粕
と豆乳を合わせた出汁が特徴みたいです。
■感想
まずカセットコンロが届き鍋が置かれ
火の具合の説明がありました。
次に各種おかずをもってきてくれました。
京野菜と京都のもち豚
鍋が煮えるまでおかずを堪能できます。
京湯葉だし巻きは色合いも濃く
美味しい味わい
穴子湯葉巻きは穴子の旨味をたっぷり湯葉で
巻かれていて美味しく
蓮根の煮物はいい食感と味わいがたまらない
おかずを食べているうちに
鍋の具材が煮えてきたので
一口食べると豆乳の風味とお出しが
好みの味わいで美味しく
その後ご飯とチーズを投入して
チーズリゾットを作って食べるんですが
こちらも美味しくお腹も心も満たされました。
