The chicken we use at our restaurant is morning pulled chicken from Fushimi, Kyoto, and local chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture! The chicken pulled in the morning is fresh, and you can enjoy the firm flavor and texture of the chicken.The fragrant yakitori grilled with the highest quality domestic charcoal is truly exquisite! Food Koteppan's special yakitori!
"Koteppan" mainly serves yakitori. We use fresh chicken pulled in the morning and the highest quality charcoal to grill the exquisite yakitori. The homemade secret sauce we use for our yakitori includes [Anandani soy sauce], which has been approved by professional chefs. The soy sauce is made with Ananotani Reisui from Toyama Prefecture, and has a light sweetness. I use it not only as a secret sauce, but also as a secret ingredient in various dishes!
