京都で30年目を迎えられる老舗インド料理店。。
確かな味と飽きない美味さで通常利用してます。
・パコラ．．．豆の粉で揚げたサクサクの料理。中味ジューシーでカレーの前にパクリといける
・グリーンチャツネ．．．コリアンダーの漬けダレで爽やかなソース。これにハマること間違いなし
・アチャール．．．インドのスパイシーなオイル漬けピクルス。酒のアテにいい！
・ダールマカニ．．．通常メニューにあります。まったりしてウマい！他、本日のダールはその日ごと豆が変わるそうです
・チキンドピアザ．．．マトンドピアザとどっちか頂く。どっちもおすすめ！
・サグパニール．．．いつも美味しい。他店と比べ好みにもよるが香ばしくてウマい
ナンもいいけど、特におすすめはバスマティライス！香りが非常によくコレまたハマります。。
＊＊更におすすめは、写真撮り忘れたけどベイガンバルタは特におすすめ！焼きナス（ナス：ベイガン）をバルタ（粗挽きみたい）したカレーです。トロッとしてこれまたマッタリなカレーで是非おすすめします。。

Coriander and ground nut sauce, chili, tomato, and date sauce. delicious. Tandoori chicken 1/4 Curry (vegan bharta, saag paneer, mutton piazza, butter chicken) Egg pilaf Basmati rice Naan... All sophisticated and delicious Indian Cuisine. It had a delicious taste without the weird sweetness, bitterness, or boring taste that you sometimes get at other restaurants, and it didn't have the bitterness on your tongue that you might think of as spicy.
