先斗町の中間辺りの路地奥にある、釜めしと一品料理の看板に掲げた余志屋さん。
右手には真新しい店舗も出来ましたね。
人気もあり、ふらりと立ち寄るには難しいですが、
京都らしい一品に〆の釜めしが頂けます。
お任せのコースもありますが折角の割烹ですから
お好みで頂くのも良いですよ。
賑わっている店内では、馴染みも一見も隔たりなく御主人の対応は丁寧で温かる京言葉に癒される。
名物である、先付けの焼茄子の胡麻ダレから始まり、
造りの盛り合わせは、価格対価を考えても良質です。
鴨ロースに添えられたポテサラまで丁寧な仕事。
鱧は落としで頂きました。
名物の鴨饅頭などをお腹の具合に合わせながら、
お酒を軽く嗜み、食事で〆る使い方が吉。
季節ごとに愉しめる釜飯は「月村」と変わらず美味。
今回は鱧でお願いしました。
お腹一杯になったところで水物代わりに供される、
黒糖シャーベットで口直し。
通年頂ける、ぐじ焼き・梅雨から始まる鱧、
秋の松茸など季節ごとに愉しめるお店です。
