先斗町に有る小さな看板を見て路地に折れ、少し暗い路地を進むと期待が高まります。
奇をてらわない王道料理のそれらは、全てが素直に美味しいと思える品々。出汁たっぷりの出汁巻は強火で芸術的に焼き、お造りは小ぶりなもののひとつひとつのクオリティの高さを感じ、コッペ蟹は食べやすく、牛網焼きは赤身でありながらフワっと柔らかい。名物の釜飯はジャコを選んだ。削りたての香り高い鰹節が供され至福の時間を過ごした。
