京都に来たら伺わないと言う選択肢はありません
先斗町のこれぞ！と言う細道にあります
こんな表現したら怒られるかもしれないけど
私が男性にこちらのお店に連れられたら惚れます笑
お造り盛り合わせ
白子焼き
銀杏
イカ刺身
だし巻き卵
一口かつ
カキフライ
鯛釜飯
黒砂糖のシャーベット
どのお料理も凄くシンプルがゆえに
仕事の丁寧さが表れるお料理の面々
特別なことはしていないはずなのに
食材選びから仕込み、焼き等々の技術がゆえに
本当に素朴に絶対的に美味しいんです！
私のお気に入りはだし巻き
お蕎麦屋さんも好きだし
お寿司屋さんも好きななので
だし巻きを食べる機会は多いと思うけど抜群です
ふわっふわで器の上で揺れる程
口に入れると出汁の味と玉子がふわーっと
おろしをつけるのがしのびないほど
そのままで美味しい
飲めます
勿体無いから飲まないけど
あとは冬に伺うことが多いので
白子焼きは絶対に頼みます
溶けます
そして外せない釜飯
看板にも釜飯と書いてあるので絶対頼んで下さい
色々食べたくて
でも釜飯のお腹は残したくて…と毎回葛藤するけど
お土産用におにぎりにもしてくれます
まぁ、大食漢の私は全て平らげますが
こんな素敵な割烹がこの値段で伺えるなんて
神様のようなお店です
大将も女将さんもとっても気さくで優しいです
