今月で閉店とのお知らせを頂き、来店しました。
かなり以前から知っていたお店ですが、食事をしたのは数年前からです。
家族の誕生日に言ったのですが、お店の方には特に伝えていませんでした。
デザートタイムのアンケートに「誕生日祝いのために来た」と書いたら
シェフと思しき男性が出てきて、「知っていたらサービスしたんです」と言って
お土産を下さいました。
その後、誕生日に来店すると誕生日ケーキやオルゴールが出てきたりと
控えめながら温かいサービスがうれしかったです。
おせち料理も大人向けで、和風に飽きた二日目あたりに好評でした。
本日はＡランチコースを食べました。
オードブル、スープ、メイン（魚または肉）、デザート、コーヒーで３２００円です。
２名で行き、以下のメニューを選びました。
オードブル 田舎風お肉のテリーヌ
デザートトマトの中に魚介類を入れたもの
（ヴィシソワーズとほうれん草のソースでスープ仕立てです）
スープ 海老のビスク
ごぼうのポタージュ
メイン 真鯛のポアレ（ポルチーニのソース）
鴨のコンフィ（骨を持って食べられるよう、ちゃんと
フィンガーボールが出てきました）
デザート 紅玉りんごのパイとプリン、パイナップルのシャーベットタピオカ添え
ミルクティとエスプレッソ
以上、選ばなかったメニューも美味しそうなものばかりでした。
満席のためなかなかサービスが大変そうでしたが、
２名の女性は落ち着いてにこやかに対応してくれていました。
派手な華やかさはないですが、落ち着いた雰囲気と
突出しすぎない味に好感がもてました。
ワインも充実しているそうでしたが、飲めない人への配慮もあり
気持ちよく水を飲んでいられました。
パンがとても美味しく、いつも食べる２倍は食べてしまいます。
これもお店で焼いているとのこと、今回の閉店は非常に残念です。
