グループで利用しました。
このお店は角倉了以のお屋敷で著名人や資産家の別邸として引き継がれてきた文化的価値ある庭園があります。
がんこさんが店舗として利用して維持解放することで文化継承されています。文化の香りを楽しむ機会を与えてくれることに感謝です。
立地やお店の構えからすると高級路線かと思いますが、利用しやすい価格設定です。宴会で少し非日常を味わいたい場合などにピッタリです。
最初は庭園を眺められるお部屋を準備してくださったそうですが、こちらの参加人数が減ったため奥座敷になりました。紅葉真っ盛りで非常に混み合い活気がありました。
写真のお料理は高瀬川御膳で4500円のものだと思います。
お屋敷とお庭に相応しく、雅な盛り付けがされていて、美味しかったです。
お酒は「がんこ一徹」というオリジナルの日本酒が飲みやすく参加者から大量の注文が入っていました。
着物姿の仲居さんがマメに確認に来て、配膳や空いた皿の片付け、飲み物の追加など細やかに対応してくれました。
廊下に店の雰囲気からして意外に思う？配膳ロボットがありましたが、ちゃんと仲居さんが来てくれました。
お庭は綺麗にライトアップされ散策できます。高瀬川から引き込んだ水路に紅葉が映えてとても綺麗でした。
お料理はお店の雰囲気に相応しく上品に綺麗に盛り付けられ、目で楽しみながらいただきました。私が抱いていたがんこさんの大衆的なイメージとはかけ離れていました。
もしかしたらこちらの店舗は特別なのかもしれません。ブラタモリでも紹介されたことがあるようです。
喫茶メニューもあるようなので、昼の京都散策に立ち寄って庭園鑑賞もいいですし、違うシーズンにその季節ならではの違った表情を楽しむのもいいなと思います。
