Our restaurant is an authentic Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant that was featured in the Michelin Guide Kyoto/Osaka + Tottori 2019 Bib Gourmand. ``Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice Flour'' is a gluten-free dish that is deep-fried with rice flour and boasts a concentrated flavor. Season with green chili peppers and lemon or simple salt! We also have domestically produced coriander.
