フォーのセットを注文した。
揚げ春巻きと生春巻き。
ライスペーパーがとても薄手。生のほうも揚げた方も、良く見かける品と比べて繊細な歯触りだ。
薄い生地が多層を成しているのが分かる。
鶏肉のフォー。
乾麺ではなく、自家製の生麺で、日本ではとても珍しいのだとか。
お箸で持ち上げようとするとプツプツ切れるほど柔らかい。
人によっては、乾麺に慣れてると歯ごたえが不満に感じるかも。
デザートは、なんとあたたかい豆腐！
お店の方に聞いたところ、冬なので温まるようにしてて、夏だと冷したりするらしい。
