初めての方は色々食べれて値段もお得ということで3000円だったかな？お任せコースにしました。
で、ビールを4、5杯ずつ飲んだ感じだったけど意外とかかった。
変な日本向けアレンジはしていない感じだったし、美味しかったのだけど、再訪は微妙かも。
日本のベトナム料理はやからあっさりしてるけど、現地では自分好みにスパイスを入れまくるらしい。日本でもそのスタイルをしたら日本人は全然入れないので、お店の方である程度スパイスを入れてから出すようにしたとのこと。
なのでタイ料理によくある甘酸っぱ辛いソースとかが少し入ってて、ベトナムもピリ辛なんだと認識を改めました。
