てっちり&黒豚しゃぶしゃぶのコースをいただきました。
【フグの煮こごり】
フグ入りの寒天よせ？
澄んだゼリーの中にたっぷりフグが入っており、柚子の効いたタレがかかっています。モチモチと弾力のある食感に感激(´▽`*)
【お造り】
ハマチ、タイ、サーモン
新鮮で美味しく、人数分に盛ってあるので食べやすい。
【天ぷら】
エビ、鳥、サツマイモ、ししとう 抹茶塩添え
サクサクで美味しい。季節のせい？サツマイモは薄く、エビも小ぶり
【てっちり、しゃぶしゃぶ+野菜沢山】
フグは骨が多く食べにくかったですが、プリプリしていて美味しく、骨はいい出汁のもとになりました。
しゃぶしゃぶは脂が多く、赤身が少なかったですが、味は美味しく、柔らかかったです。
出汁とポン酢の2種類のつけダレがあり、薬味も豊富
【〆雑炊】
『これで味を整えてください』と、醤油と塩がでてきます。
ご飯と卵のほか、漬物2種類、ノリ、ネギ、フグの細切り？が付きます。
フグと豚の旨味が出た雑炊は絶品で、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかった分も、タッパに入れて持って帰りたいくらいでした(笑
日本酒を頼むとちっさい樽に入ってきます。五右衛門風呂みたいな。
随所にこだわり、気遣いが見られる料理で、またきたいと思いました。
